Everything inbound mail
should feel like.

Inbound by default

Cloudflare Email Routing delivers mail directly to the right mailbox.

Protected sessions

HTTP-only cookies, CSRF checks, and rate limits guard every login.

Private accounts

Generated credentials keep registration closed and intentional.

Inbound only: mail over 25 MiB is rejected, attachments are not stored, and the service runs best-effort with no uptime guarantee.

Asked before
signing in.

How do I get a mailbox?

Mailboxes are provisioned by the administrator — there is no self-registration. If you need an account, ask in the Azure Discord community.

Can I send mail, or only receive it?

Both. Reading and forwarding happen in the inbox; sending is available from the admin console and the admin API, with a per-message recipient cap.

Are there size or storage limits?

Yes. Messages over 25 MiB are rejected and attachments are not stored — the inbox keeps message content for reading, routing, and search.

How long do sign-ins last?

Sessions last 8 hours on one strictly-necessary cookie (mail_session). There is no tracking and nothing to opt out of — see the Cookie Policy.

Who do I contact when something breaks?

The fastest route is the Azure Discord community. Include your mailbox address so the request can be matched to the right account.
